Purpose

The purpose of this session is to help Roots with research for our screen time app, not to evaluate you or your capabilities. You will be helping us with valuable information for the research of creating and designing this app.

Information Collection

We will observe you and record the information you provide during this study. We will ask you a few questions and may also request you to perform a couple of small exercises.

Information Confidentiality

Participation in this session is voluntary. By participating, you are giving your permission to Roots to use information provided by you for the research. This study is strictly restricted to research; all information will remain confidential.

At no time will your name or any other identification be used publicly in any form without prior permission.

As you are participating in a study for research that is ongoing, any information you acquire about the same is confidential and proprietary. You agree not to disclose any information regarding this study/research.

Freedom to withdraw

You are free to withdraw your consent to the study and discontinue participation at any time without prejudice.

Incentive

The incentive you receive for participating is given in appreciation of your help. You agree that we will provide no other compensation for your services rendered in this evaluation.
